About Payment
Payment must be made in full in advance of the start of work.

The copyright of the deliverables belongs to “Ume-tomo-koume”. Please do not resell, make your own remarks, modify the models, or distribute them secondarily. You may not use the materials for activities that promote a particular ideology, political statements, religious activities, or unsocial activities. Content that may offend public order and morals (including excessively violent or sexually explicit content) is prohibited.
We will not be held responsible for any problems that may occur due to the use of models.

Modeling Notes for IRIAM
In the case of modeling for IRIAM, there is no limit to the number of revisions or the date of revision (only revisions requested by the firm).
Modifications are allowed only when they are unavoidable when introducing IRIAM. Other modifications or alterations such as replacement of decorations, etc. are prohibited.
Due to the limited version of Live2D that can be used, inverted clipping masks and extended interpolation cannot be used.
Please note that some expressions and behaviors are different from the models used in VTube Studio and nizima LIVE.
